Fairbid

Rules of the board

1. Bids

Bids are one-time payments from $10 to $200 in whole-dollar amounts. Paid bids below $200 are ranked from highest to lowest. Earlier payments break equal-bid ties.

2. The Max Queue

A $200 bid enters the Max Queue. Max Queue members rotate through the #1 spotlight in 30-minute windows for as long as Fairbid operates. Adding members dilutes every member’s share of the rotation.

3. What a bid buys

A bid buys placement on the Fairbid board. It does not guarantee impressions, clicks, customers, revenue, or a specific amount of time online.

Founder-funded launch placements may participate under the same ranking and rotation rules. They are recorded separately from customer payments.

4. Moderation

Foundra may reject fraud, impersonation, malware, illegal products, explicit content, deceptive destinations, or listings that create risk for visitors. Rejected listings will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Refunds and changes

Valid listings are non-refundable after going live. Foundra may pause, modify, or end Fairbid if required for safety, reliability, law, or platform operation. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
