You must be at least 16 years old to use Foundra. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Foundra cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

Foundra is an AI-powered platform that helps founders validate business ideas, develop strategic plans, and prepare for launch. The Service generates insights, frameworks, and recommendations based on your inputs using artificial intelligence.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs are informational and strategic in nature. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or investment advice.
• The quality and relevance of outputs depend on the quality and detail of your inputs.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of any AI-generated content.
• Business decisions based on the Service are your sole responsibility.

You retain all rights to the content you submit to Foundra, including your business ideas, descriptions, and any other inputs (“Your Content”).

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose, including training AI models.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Outputs generated by Foundra (insights, strategies, frameworks, and plans) are provided to you for your use. You may use, modify, and share these outputs as you see fit, subject to the following:

• Outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users with similar inputs. We do not guarantee exclusivity.
• You should review all outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, hateful, or violates any third-party rights.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

Foundra offers a subscription plan with a 3-day free trial. When you subscribe:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your plan.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You can cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• Your account and data remain accessible. You will not lose any previously generated content.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Foundra and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foundra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any other matter relating to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or activity that harms the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foundra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foundra operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
